Hogs (Head Office Golf Society) is a society made up of golfers who are employees of Eskom or any of its subsidiaries who perform a Head Office role or function. Membership is also extended to their spouses, life partners and dependent children.
The purpose of the society is to encourage, promote and organise golf games and matches for all its members and to enhance working relations with Eskom’s key business partners.
Golf games are arranged according to an annual schedule and includes monthly tournaments, sponsor’s days, the Club Championship, weekends away and challenge matches. There are numerous benefits to joining Hogs: members get to play some of the top courses in Gauteng at reduced rates, membership fees are affordable and every game offers an opportunity to meet other Eskomites and service providers.
