Application for Membership

To apply for membership:

  1. Complete the membership application form
  2. Attach a photocopy of your SAGA handicap card
  3. Have the application form signed by a proposer and seconder
  4. Submit the application form to the Hogs Executive Committee

Life partners applying for membership must also submit a completed affidavit confirming the life partnership (this form is available from the Executive Committee member in charge of Membership)
