A big shout out to Club Captain and Knock-Out Director, Naren Balram. During the AGM earlier this week he introduced the Les West Individual Knockout Plate Competition. The plate trophy (sponsored by Glenn Leamy) allows all losers in the 1st round of the Knock-Out Cup Competition a second bite at the cherry and the chance of redeeming themselves and restoring their self-esteem.
